Project Overview

Gravita Protocol is a decentralized borrowing protocol on Ethereum that offers interest-free loans against Liquid Staking Tokens (LST) and other collateral, secured by a Stability Pool. Users can borrow GRAI, a stability-seeking token similar to LUSD, up to 90% of their collateral value (99% for bLUSD). The protocol charges a one-off borrowing fee that can be partially refunded if the debt is repaid within six months.

The protocol features a multi-collateral design where each position has a single collateral type but shares a common stability pool for liquidations. Users can earn through the Stability Pool by participating in liquidations. Gravita is designed to be non-custodial and governance-minimized, focusing on non-censorable assets to maintain protocol safety and GRAI's value proposition.
