Project Overview

Linea is a Layer 2 blockchain solution built with zero-knowledge technology that aims to be "the home network for the world" and empower people to live on-chain. What distinguishes Linea is its comprehensive ecosystem approach, focusing on four main pillars: security (through partnerships with over 20 security firms), identity (via the Linea Identity Stack, including Verax attestations and Proof of Humanity), financial services (including DeFi applications and the MetaMask Debit card for real-world purchases), and community building (through initiatives like Linea Guilds and community-driven projects). The platform maintains 100% EVM compatibility, making it seamless for developers to deploy Ethereum-based applications while providing extensive support through their Builder Stack and ecosystem investment alliance.
